Well, it's release day and there's once again a whole pile of unresolved
issues with fixversion = 4.4.4.AM2 or 10.4.0.AM2.

Please check your backlog and move these as appropriate to AM3 if to be
done in the next sprint, .x if to be done some time in the future, or
resolve them if done.
