[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools tests fail on Oxygen

I've updated the master branch jobs (including Sonar and OtherOS jobs)
to not run on RHEL6 anymore.

4.4.neon / 10.0.neon jobs will remain on RHEL6||RHEL7.
