[jbosstools-dev] Build issues after moving to Oxygen.1.RC3 and Red Deer 2.0.0.Beta

Some problems encountered after switching to the latest Oxygen and Red Deer
bits:

https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-25003 jbosstools-base test failures -
need to switch to Red Deer 2.0
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-25002 jbosstools-server test failures
- need to switch to Red Deer 2.0

If your project uses JBoss Red Deer 1.2, you'll also need to migrate to
Eclipse Red Deer 2.0 as soon as possible.
