    Jenkins don't use the jenkins.target nor jenkins.target.maximum

    profiles any more. Instead it uses either unified.target (whose URLs

    are mirrored in hudson-settings.xml) or unified.target,maximum

    (combination of 2 profiles to overrides URL, URL also mirrored in

    hudson-settings.xml).<br>
