Ok, so that could be a Jenkins-specific issue (for some tests). In
such case, could "gatekeeper" open Jiras with some metrics
(including time to run tests locally) ?<br>
The issue IMO is that it's not easy for someone not developing on a
component to know whether the red job is "tolerable".<br>
