Actually, although <a href="http://download.jboss.org">download.jboss.org</a> is back for "consumption", it
appears that the server where we connect to push stuff to
<a href="http://download.jboss.org">download.jboss.org</a> does not accept SFTP connections, which are
necessary for us to push content.<br>
So the target-platform build is delayed until we can again push
content to <a href="http://download.jboss.org">download.jboss.org</a>.<br>
