It's currently unstable because of various issues, mainly with
metacity on CI slaves, over and over again. So since it's often
failing, the error notifications get ignored at the moment, <br>
But anyway, specifically for the change about certification URL you
linked, install-grinder doesn't follow certification URL links and
such issues don't prevent Central or installation from working, so
even with a wrong URL at that locaiton, install succeeds and we get
no notification.<br>
