<p>Ok, maybe I overinterpreted it, but it seemed like as it is
listed as a User Experience, the idea was to change our current
slim and efficient Central to something that is more focused in
providing news to users, which is IMO not right for an IDE.<br>
If this is about keeping Central as it with a single line of news,
fine; if it's to show first and foremost news when user start IDE
rather than anything else, then my concerns are still there.<br>
