There is not publically available hibernate tools which supports Hibernate3.6 or Hiebrante4.0. But you can build it from source code using my fork:
https://github.com/dgeraskov/hibernate-tools
See hibernate_3.6.Alpha1 and hibernate_4.0.0.Alpha1 branches.
