I've tried with mouse, keyboard, one project, multiple projects - can't reproduce.

Any chance you could provide the exact projects you are having problems with ?
and double check if you have issues in other projects too ?

Since I cannot reproduce and its for sure an upstream bug. marking for later to gather more info.
