There now is a dmr bundle:

http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/as/plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.dmr/

Even though to me the bundle naming is wrong, it should not refer to as, it should reflect the dmr package only: *org.jboss.dmr*
