Yes, we had a problem with this quick fix. We fixed (I hope so) it a few days ago. See JBIDE-10765
But if you still see this problem in the latest nightly builds then please reopen it! Thank you.

Did you do anything with your project after you created it in JBT and before you imported it into another workspace? Maybe you install some facets to it?
