This extension point is not obliged after fixing JBIDE-10641.
I have also removed the JBoss Seam Runtime Preferences action from the Project Examples section.
Since the Seam 2 tutorials have been removed, this action isn't necessary anymore.

The org.jboss.tools.community.central plugin and feature can also been removed.
