 I have simplified the the JBossRuntimeStartup class and moved it to the o.j.t.runtime.ui plugin.
The ServerDefinition class has been renamed to the RuntimeDefinition class.

The org.jboss.tools.runtime plugin and the org.jboss.tools.runtime.feature feature can be removed.
