So you want that releases and milestones are always "newer" than a nightly / CI?

OK, we can do that:

{code}
releases / milestones: x.y.z.vYYYYMMDD-hhmm
trunk / CI: x.y.z.NYYYYMMDD-hhmm
{code}

But then the only way to install a nightly will be to UNINSTALL a previous milestone / release. We used to do that, but people complained about the "you must uninstall first" caveat on the nightlies.
