the problem obviously is related to egit. We build against egit 1.2 and our plugin requires 1.0. Since eclipse indigo SR1 ships with egit 1.1 egit 1.2 is not downloaded when you install our tools. The odd thing is that our openshift plugin - that was compiled against egit 1.2 - is not running with egit 1.1. 

The quickest fix is to add the following update site:
