I created my project using maven archetype org.jboss.spec.archetypes:jboss-javaee6-webapp-blank-archetype:7.0.2-SNAPSHOT.

After that I am using the JBoss Tools wizard to add a new .xhtml page to the generated project. And once the wizard has generated the .xhtml page, I am dragging the selectOneRadio component from the palette and dropping it in the source code editor view of the XHTML page.
