I've added a filter on module name.   Module type is a harder thing to filter on, as most users won't realise "jst.web",  "wst.web",  "wst.ear",  "jst.util",  "jst.ejb",  etc, are the proper "module types" that they would need to filter on. 

Filter by name was much easier. Current filter uses "startsWith" rather than "contains" but this can be changed if enough users think i should switch to .contains().
