I have made the iPhone3 skin to be resizable and set this skin as default for all devices, including iPad, Androids and BlackBerry. This is how iPad2 looks with new iPhone3 skin:

Also I have added "Use Skin" check menu item which allows disable skins for all devices. Now in the Devices dialog it is possible to select which skin to use for a specific device:
