Since on the same job execution, some UI tests pass, and then suddenly next one don't work, I don't think this could be a real "No more handle", moreover, it appears that this "No more handle" error is generally specific to windows. (By the way, I opened it: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=372094 ).
So I have the same conclusions as Nick: either Xvnc Jenkins plugin crashed, either Xvnc itself crashes).
We could think about giving a try to Xvfb plugin: https://github.com/jenkinsci/xvfb-plugin Xvfb is lighter and faster than Xvnc, although it does not provide ability to log in remotely.
