1. Open some web page in VPE
2. Open VPE preferences and change value of Show non visual check box.
3. State of Show Non-Visual tags Toolbar button wihinn VPE toolbar was not changed. It should be toggled/untoggled

This should work for all VPE Toolbar buttons which can be toggled/untoggled
