Max,

I have tried to create the complete warning text as a link within the textarea, but that doesn't look good. The link control is not flexible as a label. That's why I have replaced one fixed link control with three fixed links/labels that are fully shown.
Since that is a fixed text that isn't changed, I think this is a better solution.
If you don't think so, I will create a link within the textarea.
