Need an org.jboss.tools.central.discovery.soa-tooling plugin akin to [1] or [2] for SOA Tooling contributions to Central in JBoss Tools.

Also need to have jobs to build the JBDS SOA discovery plugin [2] independent of the product-soa build (similarly for JBDS Core discovery plugin -- see JBIDE-11111).
