Don't have an idea on how to fight this "disturbing dot line rectangle" rounding a link. Try to do the same on this JIRA page openned in Firefox and you'll see the same effect for most of the links (I see it well in Firefox on my Ubuntu 64-bit). It seems that it's not a bug, but feature of Mozilla. 

Need an assistance of a designer on how to remove/hide this border.
