Jonathan Halliday commented on JBTM-274:
----------------------------------------

Merged the XATerminator changes to the SP branch (the Reaper ones are not needed as a side effect of http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBTM-236 and http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBTM-237). r13994.

Backed out the r13978 changes from SP5 tag (which should be immutable), as of r13995 SP5 should be back in its original state.

> Transaction timeouts on the work manager were assumed to be in seconds. JBossWorkManager is converting them to milliseconds before we get the timeout. We then convert them to milliseconds (under the assumption they were defined in seconds).
