Hi Jonathan,

actually I agree with Sacha, that every component should be integrated into the JBoss in a standard or JBoss manner: jar, sar, rar or -service.xml.
That would simplify customization.
Another advantage is that an application requiring any of these services is able to deploy its own customized version of the service.
