Have added a MAP class to wrap the Native/CXF implementations of AddressingProperties along with a few auxiliary classes MAPBuilder, MAPConstants, MAPEndpoint ansd MAPRelatesTo to wrap some of the related implementation classes. This suite of classes has been rebuilt to sit over JBossWS/CXF and is enough to enable portability modulo a small bug still outstanding in CXF.

It will probably be best to relocate the two implementations of these classes to the JBossWS project. This will avoid having to make the XTS code dual source/build.
