I have implemented draft 4 of the specification that resides at http://www.jboss.org/reststar/specifications/transactions.html with some amendments (documented in the docs directory).

What's left:
- hook it into the build releases target of JBossTS;
- port the "Night out" demo from the previous REST-tx prototype;
- track updates to the specification
