Caused by a failure on a dependent job: http://172.17.131.2/view/Narayana+BlackTie/job/jbossts-narayana-skipTests/152/

jbossts-narayana-skipTests creates the jboss bundle used by the quickstarts. If it fails, then no bundle is available. I've re-scheduled the jbossts-narayana-skipTests and hopefully it will pass next time.
