Ready to raise a Pull request on sub tasks 3,4,5: https://github.com/paulrobinson/narayana/pull/new/master-JBTM-1287_@DataManagement_injection_point_is_null_on_service_invocation_B

This relies on a fix to 5_BRANCH in our AS7 fork. Thus it's likely that we will break CI until the pull req is accepted. I'm going to wait until I'm back off holiday (Tues 3rd dec) before I raise the pull and push the change to 5_BRANCH.
