It seems to be happening regularly since I disabled "allow arquillian to attach to a running server". I could probably fix this issue by re-enableing this property, but my worry is that that test n+1 will attach to test n's server as it is shutting down. Or maybe it will fail to attach. This could be the cause of some of the strange errors we've been seeing.

Alternatively, it could just be a bug in Arquillian, where it hasn't quite detected that the server is now gone. 

Once we have the process dump data from [JBTM-1261] we should be able to see wether it's the former or the latter.
