Also printing the file name is only useful with file based stores so this won't help with all the other store types, particularly the journalling store. Chapter 15 of 
JBoss_Enterprise_Application_Platform-6-Administration_and_Configuration_Guide-en-US.pdf contains a nice description of how to delete transaction records via the tooling.
