Hi,

I think yours is a different issue, I would raise it on the WildFly forums as its an AS build issue really.

Ours was an issue with our CI process.

I have had a check and you shouldn't have any troubles building the 7.2.0.Final tag:
https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/blob/7.2.0.Final/pom.xml (look for 4.17)
http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/org/jboss/jbossts/jts/jbossjts-jacorb/4.17.3.Final/
