I've tried reproducing this and it happened 29 times out of 330 runs.

I think the problem is that the Context is not being closed, before the thread is being used again for another transaction. This is the method for closing it: https://github.com/jbosstm/narayana/blob/master/txframework/src/main/java/org/jboss/narayana/compensations/impl/CompensationContext.java#L122

However, I'm not yet sure under what circumstances it occurs. [~gytis] are you able to try investigating further?
