Both are producing reports now:
- ArjunaJTS/jtax was missing because the surefire test config was overwriting the jacoco:prepare-agent args
 I fixed that by moving the Xss setting to the codeCoverage profile in the top level pom 
- jdbc coverate was missing because it was skipped
