For some reason some times interval between deserializer registration and assertion becomes shorter than usual. Because of that, participant is not loaded once the assertion checks participants count.

This is only a test issue, therefore a short sleep before assertion should work.

Seems that recovery happens before the assertion and therefore participant count is incorrect.
