I have added a jdk logging.properties via the narayana.sh script whenever qa trace is enabled in narayana.sh

> narayana uses jboss logging which requires an actual logging implementation (such as log4j or slf4j) on the classpath. Our distribution does not ship any default implementation so it is not possible to enable logging in our qa tests (which rely on the distribution).
