Seems like a simple upgrade of the build-tools doesn't work. Effectively the config that worked for 4.2 doesn't seem to work on the current WFLY master server. Attempting to use 10.1.0 zip from the downloads site however that would mean that the BT runs would execute with the older version of Narayana.
