The MP LRA spec changed to use attribute {{lra.tck.timeout.factor}} instead of the previously used {{lra.tck.consistency.longDelay}} and {{lra.tck.consistency.shortDelay}}.

The Narayana LRA TCK `arquillian.xml` should be reflecting this.

plus, the scripts should prolong the timeout to stabilize the CI runs
