yes. the batch file had the jar on line 28, but it was missing the "/client/" subdir. it works now.

set WSCONSUME_CLASSPATH=%WSCONSUME_CLASSPATH%;%JBOSS_HOME%/client/cxf-xjc-bug671.jar
