Noel Rocher commented on JBWS-1663:
-----------------------------------

When having swaref in WSDL with an external import of ws-i schema, wsconsume needs an internet connection to work.

jaxws-ri's tool "wsimport" have the possibility to provide a catalog file to use a local copy of an externel reference. Here is this option description :

-catalog	Specify catalog file to resolve external entity references, it supports TR9401, XCatalog, and OASIS XML Catalog format. Please read the documentation of catalog and see catalog sample.
