I just retested this with JBossWS Native 3.2.1.GA

Unfortunately - I made a false description - I will correct this :


Ad 1) I see that Metro accepts 'CreateSequence' without SOAPAction - as per spec 



Ad 2 ) Description should have been

2. On ** Payload Request ** - WSA Action is not the Payload request Action but :

    <wsa:Action>http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702/CreateSequence&lt;/wsa:Action>

   and therefor invocation failes.
