WRT package refactoring, special focus to annotations, as given the known issue with error not being raised when a missing dependency is required for annotations only, the use of previous annotation might simply be ignored (e.g. use of @org.jboss.ws.spi.annotation.WebContext instead of @org.jboss.ws.api.annotation.WebContext)
