A maven archetype for this is available in Beta since fall last year: jbossws.blogspot.com/2014/09/how-to-kick-start-ws-project-in-few.html
We'll be moving to final version and support JBWS 5 by the time we get close to the stack final release. Hence scheduling for 5.0.0
