This is something I've been struggling quite a lot lately. To solve my problems I deployed the jUDDI on a standalone Tomcat 5.5.20 using saaj.jar and jaxrpc.jar from Eclipse BIRT runtime war. That is, not using JBossWS as there seems to be some incompatibles.
