[jbpm-dev] [Design of JBoss jBPM] - check out sources fails

hi,

i am trying to check out the sources

i followed the instructions on 

http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/JbpmBuildingTheSources

but after executing the following commands

  | set CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.forge.jboss.com:/cvsroot/jbpm
  | 
  | cvs export -D now jbpm.3
  | 

i only got an empty directory structure...no java files at all :-(

any idea what might be wrong?
