Yes, that is my impression as well. So technically this xml is invalid and
maybe an error should be thrown parsing it instead of a warning.

Btw, funny that "Bernd Rücker" is for Heiko synonymous to <
jbpm-dev at lists.jboss.org>, at least that is what gmail shows me
