[jbpm-dev] jbpm3 download issues

Hi Tom,

the jbpm-3.3.1 release did not make it to these (and maybe other) pages

There is also a problem with the installer file on sourceforge.
Please see the attached mail for details.

Is there a wiki page that documents the actual steps that need to be 
done to publish a release?
If the page does not (yet) exist could you please create it, so that 
somebody else can do the upload in the future.
