Eclipse 3.4 has the option to use a drop-in directory, directly in the eclipse dir. It is possible to unzip the gpd site installer there in a subdir (e.g. called jbpm-gpd) and everything is ready to go. This way the users do not have to user the eclipse update-site mechanism.
