[jbpm-dev] jBPM Development forum

+1 to close jbpm development forum, I always forget about it. I believe 
it was intended to be used by development team to talk about features, 
road map, etc, same as we have jbpm-dev list for.

And personally I would like to avoid situation where we intentionally 
not answering any posts there, would be good to mention as featured 
topic on that forum that it is closed and should not be used any more so 
users are aware.
